SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Notice: All terms and conditions are to be interpreted in English (United States). Any translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of a conflict, the English version shall control.

1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Shipping Availability

Quantum Lifestyle, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) ships to many domestic and international destinations. Certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific countries or regions due to regulatory, customs, carrier, or logistical limitations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where shipment is not legally or practically feasible.

1.2 Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, selected shipping method, package weight, and carrier rates. All shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other governmental charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer or Affiliate unless otherwise stated in writing.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Times

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on product availability and the shipping method selected. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

1.4 Risk of Loss

All products are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.

1.5 Weight-Based Shipping

Shipping rates for certain items are calculated based on weight. All weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.

1.6 Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Quantum Lifestyle, LLC is no longer responsible for the shipment. The recipient is responsible for providing a secure delivery location. Orders confirmed as delivered will not be replaced, reshipped, or refunded, except where required by law.

2. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

2.1 General Return Policy

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer or Affiliate.

2.2 EU & UK Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU or UK may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable law. Products must be unused and unopened. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods or proof of return.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

Opened products, promotional items, digital products, and damaged goods are not eligible for return unless required by law.

2.4 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within four (4) weeks from the date the return is shipped.

2.5 Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Please contact support@quantumlifestyle.com with your order number and details.

2.6 MLM Compliance

This policy complies with FTC regulations and MLM industry standards and does not limit any mandatory rights required by law.
