POLICIES & PROCEDURES

AFFILIATE WEBSITES, ONLINE MARKETING & ADVERTISING POLICY

1. Affiliate-Created Websites (Personal Sites)

Affiliates may create and operate a personal website for the promotion of Quantum Lifestyle products only if the website complies fully with all Company policies and applicable laws.

All affiliate-created websites must:

• Clearly identify the Affiliate as an independent Quantum Lifestyle affiliate.
• Direct all product purchases and checkout exclusively through the Affiliate’s official Quantum Lifestyle replicated website or approved Company checkout system.
• Refrain from processing payments, taking orders, or offering alternative checkout methods outside of the Quantum Lifestyle platform.

Affiliate-created websites may not:

• Provide direct checkout, shopping carts, or payment processing for Quantum Lifestyle products.
• Present themselves as official Company websites.
• Use Company intellectual property in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

Quantum Lifestyle LLC reserves the sole and absolute discretion to require an Affiliate, at any time and for any reason, to modify or permanently remove any self-produced website. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

2. Prohibition on Third-Party Marketplaces & Competing Platforms

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from advertising, listing, or selling Quantum Lifestyle products on:

• Online marketplaces or auction platforms (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace)
• Classified ad sites
• Third-party retail websites
• Any website or platform that displays Quantum Lifestyle products alongside competing products or services

Quantum Lifestyle products may only be marketed and sold through Company-approved channels.

3. Advertising & Pricing Integrity

Affiliates may not advertise Quantum Lifestyle products at prices lower than the official retail prices displayed on their Quantum Lifestyle replicated retail shopping cart.

Affiliates may not offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, coupons, incentives, or price comparisons that undercut Company retail pricing.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Public Representations

All public representations made by Affiliates must comply with:

• U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations
• U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations
• Applicable European Union consumer protection and advertising regulations
• All other applicable laws and regulations

Affiliates may not make medical, therapeutic, disease, treatment, or income claims unless expressly authorized by the Company.

5. Enforcement

Quantum Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities, require immediate correction or removal of non-compliant content, and suspend or terminate affiliate accounts with or without prior notice.
